The objective of the Property of Owners Association of New Jersey is to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate interest person and related industry personnel for education and information sharing purposes. They mostly work with the owners and managers of NJ apartment units and individuals who work in fields related to housing industry. they have monthly publications which gives more information about the latest NJ real estate regulations, NJ laws and NJ real estate issues which can also be seen on their web site as News and Views.
The POA has a guide for property management and landlords in New Jersey. It contains forms, legal requirements, methods, and stories from successful multi-unit owners/managers in New Jersey. Access to the POA Management Guide is restricted to members in good standing with the Property Owners Association of New Jersey. If you are not a member, they have provided a table of contents so that you can get an idea of what they offer.
If you are a member, they have broken the management guide up into 13 pdf files to shorten the download time. You can download the guide a chapter at a time below. You will need your login and password provided by the POA.
