The NJREClub was founded in the Fall of 2004 by Christopher Goodson, Esq. The club was created as an opportunity to motivate, education and network with fellow investors as well as mentor aspiring investors. Since its inception, they have grown to over 885 members with the formation of three Chapters: Hudson County Chapter, Essex County Chapter, and the Bergen County Chapter. Their members include seasoned real estate investors, realtors, mortgage agents, property managers, as well as other real estate professionals and anyone who has the interest and motivation to venture into the real estate market.

 

The NJREClub holds monthly meetings, along with special Committees/Focus Groups that meet in between their monthly meetings with a more specific purposes. An example is their NJRE Cashflow Club (a group that meets to play the Cashflow 101 board game which teaches you investing principles while having fun with other investors).
