The venue was filled with experts in the multi-family industry who had an opportunity to rub elbows with small property owners, brokers, and executives from Affiliated Management, Stuyvesant Yale, Crest Management, and other large apartment communities across the state.

The networking event also marked the launch of a new website developed for one of the system’s major clients:  www.rentnjapts.com.  The 300+ page website was custom built to showcase major properties in New Jersey and help develop an online system to manage existing tenants.  An executive from the client company explained, “We are finding that most savvy tenants go Online to start their search for a new home and it only made sense for us to work with a local leader in this space.”  He continued, “they (Garden State Apartments) created a fantastic website that really showcases what we have to offer.”  

The event was hosted by the system founder and industry consultant, Sunny Kancherla. Mr. Kancherla explained, “After the great feedback received from our Holiday event, it only felt natural to bring everyone together again.”  He continued, “We saw a lot of new faces at this event and it reinforced the sentiment that this system is a real community.”
