Architects can provide a wide variety of services for clients building commercial sites, such as project administration and management, evaluation and planning, design, bidding and negotiating and contract administration services. Architects may manage an entire project, including the use of subcontractors, for the client. Architects may also serve as a member of a team supporting a project manager or other team members on a building project.
