Here’s how it works:
You receive a free 15-minute pre-consultation to see if this service will work for you. During that 15-minute pre-consultation you get real information and ideas, not a sales pitch. This program will not work for everyone, and that is why we speak before you sign up.
At that end of the 15 minutes we will make a judgment as to whether can provide a useful and profitable service to you. If we can, we will ask you if the information we gave you was helpful. If you agree that it was, we will ask you to continue retaining us as your consultant.
If we decide to work together, we will schedule a mutually agreeable time for the first consultation.
You invest just $75 per hour and we do the consulting on the telephone. We bill one hour at a time, because that is the minimum required to provide adequate help and information, and to do the research that may be required. The time does not have to use one hour all at once; it can be broken up into smaller time segments.
Can my Realtor or Property Manager provide me with the same help?
In many cases, yes, but they have a vested interest in your buying, renting or selling. We do not.
We are an objective resource. We have your financial interests at heart, not a commission. Since we get paid whether you buy or not, whether you rent or not, whether you sell or not, we will give you a straight, reasoned answer and analysis.
If you should buy, we will tell you;
if you shouldn’t, we will tell you that, too.
If you should rent to that tenant, we will tell you;
if you shouldn’t, we will tell you.
What we do not do
We do not show property.
We do not find property for you.
We do not find tenants.
We do not screen tenants, but we have excellent companies who do screening.
Even so, we will show you how to do all those things and warn you about possible pitfalls.
