The NJAA is a real estate association that represents the apartments and multi-family industry of New Jersey. Along with providing advocacy for legislation and other issues, it also provides continuing education and training for NJ real estate professionals. The NJAA is committed to provide services and opportunities that enhance improvement and promote the apartment management profession. The NJAA enables its members to share experience and advance their interest. This NJ association has a membership with the national apartment association. All of this is over seen by Jeanne Gorman who is the executive director, Conor Fennessy who is vice president of government affairs, Debbie Gluck who director of marketing & communication, Judy O'reilly who is the office manager, and Erin O'kelly who is the event coordinator.
The NJAA is known to harness the cooperative ability of the apartment industry to help property owners provide the finest in rental housing and to achieve the greater heights as an industry. The New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA) is designed to advance and protect the welfare of the apartment industry in new jersey. The NJAA represents the apartment industry before the new jersey legislature and governmental agencies and provides continuing education and information to its members and the public. NJAA membership's interests are served on a national level through its affiliation with the National Apartment Association (NAA). The coming program and registration for the association will be in January.
The NJAA is also concerned about student's education and finances. To that end, scholarships applications are available to students with family relation to the association and about four students are awarded annually. The NJAA has formed another organization known as the charitable fund and this charitable organization provides financial support for less fortunate children, along with supporting educational scholarships to members and their families. By participation in annual events through the njaa charitable fund, members have the opportunity to help make a difference in the life of a New Jersey child. they also have annual holiday parties for these children which provide most of them with materials that are comfortable to play with.
