North Central New Jersey

The residences in Morris and Passaic county are less than an hour drive from New York City and this region offers many different living environments and recreational getaways.

The Highlands / Northwest NJ

Consisting of Sussex and Warren Counties, this region is bordered to the North by New York State and to the West by the Delaware river. Increasingly, NJ residents are relocating from the densely populated northeastern portion of the state into these quieter and less densely populated areas. Many people in this area live along the Pennsylvania border, near Bethlehem, PA.

North Jersey- The Gateway

Bergen, Essex, and Hudson counties are New Jersey's most densely populated region and one of the busiest. It is a culturally and economically diverse area with much of the state's rental housing. Many of its residents commute into Manhattan and other parts of New York City, but there is a large portion of this area's residents that live, work, and play here.

The Lower Gateway

Ideally located along the coast between North Jersey and The Shore, Union and Middlesex Counties are a great place to live. That is why it is one of the most densely populated regions in the state of NJ. Home of the Arthur Kill, Rutgers University, Princeton, UMDNJ, Kean University, Port Elizabeth, and over 100 shopping centers, this area has a lot to offer its residents.

Central New Jersey

More New Jersey residents with a preference of suburban living are moving to Hunterdon, Somerset, or Mercer Counties. This region is right near the hub of NJ state government and among the leading educational facilities are Princeton University, The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College), Rider University, Mercer County Community College and Thomas Edison State College.

The Shore

This is a world famous part of New Jersey known for its long stretch of beaches and Pineland country. Although Monmouth and Ocean counties are known as a huge summer hot-spot, many year-round renters live down the shore and commute to work all over the state (including New York City and Philadelphia!) Home of the Monmouth Race Track, the PNC Bank Arts Center, Tuckerton Seaport, and many other wonderful diversions, The Shore is home for many renters in NJ.

Phildelphia Suburbs/Central NJ

Burilington and Camden counties are conveniently located outside of Philadelphia and situated close to the center of the state, this regions boundaries stretch from vast Pinelands forests that meet the Atlantic Ocean to quaint and historic downtowns along the Delaware River. This is one region that really has it all, from beaches to pinelands to local bodegas.
